I knew I did not want to take my car to a dealership, but I had no idea where to go. I picked Lochmoor after reading some of the reviews online. Rick, the owner, is AWESOME, such a nice guy. I dropped my vehicle off to the shop on a Monday morning and the Enterprise on 9 & Kelly gave me 30 min wait time until they could pick me up. I asked Rick if I could hang out until they could swing by to get me. Rick spoke up and said he would take me down to the Enterprise with a wait time like that...talk about awesome customer service!
